N.Milan is an Organic Intellectual using the tools of Sociology, Womanism, and Lived Experience to assist her in the areas of writing, community building and assisting in the development of emotional literacy. As a multi hyphenate creative she utilizes digital art, erotic self portraits, poetry, and long form writings to share her perspective. 

Her art is one part erotic art through documenting her BDSM journey. While the other leans into the praxis of leftist principles centering empathy and boundaries when engaging with self and community. 

In BDSM N.Milan is a Leather Woman, Emerging Kink Educator, and founding member of Irie Igloo a collective that meets at the intersections of kink, health, wellness, and community building. Irie Igloo is  invested in the building of third and fourth spaces for those in the diaspora. 

Creatively she is Poet, and Artist. Choosing to show her wounds and heal in the sunlight. The greatest parts of her healing have taken place in/when she had been in community.
